THIS IS PURE AND UNDILUTED HATRED
By Comrade Chukwu Ogbu
Lagos State Government seals off premises of Chisco Transport, Ifex Express Limited, GUO Transport and other IGBO transport companies in Lagos because they're Nyamuri IGBOS.
The Lagos State Government sealed off the premises of Chisco Transport, Ifex Express Limited, and GUO Transport, among other major commercial transport operators in Jibowu area of Yaba belonging to IGBOS.
The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transportation,Olufemi Salami who ordered the seal-off with the approval of the Acting Commissioner for Transportation,Anofiu Elegushi, said the move has become imperative in view of the need to enforce the state government's relocation plan for all IGBO inter-state buses to be moved from Jibowu to Ojota swamp.
Other transport companies sealed off included God Is Good (GIG) and Peace Mass Transport, were ordered to immediately stop operation of cargo or any form of transportation services around Jibowu these 2 companies also belongs to the IGBOS. Elegushi said the State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, had earlier this year asked all IGBO transporters operating around the Jibowu and the stretch of Ikorodu Road, to relocate their operations to Ojota, where the government had ordered them to sand fill the Ojota swamp and use it as their Park because it'll accommodate them, now known as ‘Ojota Luxury Bus Station’.
According to him, the Ojota luxury bus station was being sited by a concessionaire with whom government had entered into an agreement to push the IGBOS to the swamp since the IGBOS are professional In Sand filling swamp, he also warned all Igbo transporters that all they're required to do was to comply effectively with the government’s directive to sand fill the swamp and to relocate to the new station.
The Permanent Secretary however thundered that the transporters must sand fill the swamp or pack their bags and bargagies out of Lagos State the Yoruba Land.
Therefore IGBOS would be expected to pay the concessionaire before sand filling the New station, because at it's stand's now that they may change their mind towards IGBOS, in using the new bus station, but that the amount to be paid would not be negotiable.
However, personally i dont blame Igbos on Lagos doing their business, the issue of relocating down to Biafraland need to be reviewed critically, how can we relocate when the Nigeria government has make sure that nothing is working in Igboland
No electricity, No good road
No rail way lines, No international airport, No sea Port
Nothing nothing and you're saying that they should come home?
The issue of coming home must be put aside untill Biafra is restored to accomodate our business acumens.
Yet we are too big to be slaves in another man land..
The British puts Biafrans in a tough and most cruel condition, this is why IPOB needs to restrategies this struggle, not by useless coalition or endless calling for Referenda, but by the other way round.
